GiveCamp Memphis is a weekend-long event. Our volunteers will work tirelessly to help you realize your vision and provide value for your nonprofit long after the weekend is over. To keep the project moving smoothly, we may have questions throughout the weekend related to design choices (e.g. logos/branding, applying color palette, image choices, layouts, etc.) and implementation details (e.g. passwords, IP addresses, hosting details, etc.). We will do our best to help you prepare prior to the event, however it is essential that someone from your nonprofit, who is authorized to make these decisions, is available to provide quick feedback and guidance. While short breaks during the day are acceptable, we need to avoid delays caused by waiting for important decisions. Your availability helps ensure that we make the best use of our volunteers' time and complete your project on schedule.
